Mundi offers an opportunity for people from diverse upbringings to share and exchange their cultural backgrounds. It allows people to impart their appreciation for different cultural foods, festivals, films and other events as well as establish an intra-house 'couch-surfing' network for those who wish to travel. This SLG aims to foster a community of like-minded individuals around the cultural activities within Mundi. Finally, it provides a useful resource for Duke students who are doing exchange programs. Mundi looks for people who desire to gain an understanding of the social and cultural customs of another nation and impart their own.
